Payments can be made with cash, official bank check, money order, Visa or Mastercard.
Payments can be made in-person at Town Hall during Court business hours Monday - Friday 9am to Noon and on Court night every Tuesday 6pm to 7:30pm in the Court Room.
Payments can also be made via a drop box located in Town Hall in the hallway near the Court Office.
Prosecutors: Greene County Assistant District Attorney's Office: felonies, misdemeanors, & State Police tickets.
Types of cases: traffic tickets & criminal matters.
Comments: within the court security you will be processed through a metal detector. No cell phones are allowed in the court room.
Evictions: Court is held on Tuesdays. Evictions are scheduled for 6:00pm.
HOLIDAY CLOSINGS FOR 2013:
The Town Court will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 28th & the 29th.
The Town Court will be closed for Christmas on December 25th, the 26th, and the 27th.
